I took my daughter to the emergency clinic for ear pain, and there was this Indian doctor who said she had perforated, ear drum

He had an attitude with his arms folded

Did your daughter not have a perforated ear drum, and did the doctor get it wrong? If he got it right, who cares about his attitude? Would you rather have some incompetent dealing with your family whose attitude you liked?

I asked him if it was serious, (I don’t know a lot about perforated eardrums, and he rolled his eyes and walked off). He came back recommending an ENT.

I don’t know if you’ve ever worked with the public before, but give them that attitude, and watch what happens.

It’s called professionalism. I just won’t go back there.
