So if Neptune is cooling, it’s because Earth is warming, caused by a lack of funding earmarked to stop it.

In the past, Mars, Earth, and the other planets all showed temperature signs in sync. It’s just that we have grossly biased scientists on Earth that constantly tweak up all temperatures after the fact, including independent satellite temperature readings, to keep up their world control.
This simply means our temperatures are extremely likely to be coming down, too.

Clearly Neptune needs more SUVs to help warm up the planet!

Neptune is the 4th largest planet we know of.
It’s known as a Gas Giant. (BURP!)
Maybe it is now running out of gas, or available fuels.
Not everything in Outer Space is infinite in supply or level of refinement.
