More than 20 years ago I read this book that makes the claim about Ethiopia. Pretty fascinating.
After this consideration, read Acts 8 about the Ethiopian Eunuch and Isaiah 18. Amazing picture drawn by those two passages and the theory about the Ark.

The Ark of the Covenant has NOT been discovered — and if it is in Ethiopia, Santa Clause took it there. The Ark of the Covenant plays its role in Revelation (loosely) in connection to the Two Witnesses.
