LOL Most of Ukraine is not destroyed. Mariupol, and a lot of Cherniv, Sumy, and Kharkov, of which the last three are still under Ukrainian control.

At some point it would be judicious for someone to suggest to Putin that this is Lavrov's fault along with a few others.
