Two people are dead and ten others were wounded in a shooting at a night club in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, reported local station WHO13, an affiliate of Nexstar.
According to a Cedar Rapids Police Department (CRPD) statement, the shooting took place at the Taboo Nightclub and Lounge early Sunday morning. Officers arriving at the scene found multiple people suffering from gunshot wounds.
Two individuals died from their injuries, while ten others were transported to nearby medical facilities, according to the station.

Or perhaps it just means they keep the lighting very low. And have painted the walls in such a way as to absorb light across the entire visible spectrum.

Well personally, I think that a really truly high-class black nightclub, would also have an operating room and a trauma team present at all times. Plus a good blood supply, Plus all those little instruments that you need to probe for 9 mm bullets. But that is just me. Maybe you could do the same thing by having a helicopter available to med-flight them out when disputes arise or a limousine style ambulance. That way if shots you could go out in style! Just trying to be helpful here.
The Taboo promo clip is interesting because it shifts images so rapidly you can never focus on any one thing. Somehow that seems to typify the short attention span and reliance on impulse and image over any kind of rational analysis or observation that seems increasingly characteristic of the young.

More “Gun control” won’t control the hyperviolent urban minority folks. Their explosive violence and lack of impulse control are serious problems. Just not mine. Like most folks, I would rather move away from such problems than engage in a futile effort to change it. It is cultural, and any effective change has to originate in the black community. I see no signs of that happening.
It’s not known to be a strip club.
Police were already nearby because there had just been some kind of altercation outside the place.
