George P. Bush has just himself to blame. For 8 years his pet project was “Reimagining the Alamo.” How he won the 2018 Republican primary to serve a second term as Texas Land Commissioner, I don’t understand.

His next move would be to make a play in a heavily Hispanic district as a Congressman and stay there for a while. Probably his only chance at this point.
