Amidst Disney’s opposition to Florida’s falsely monikered “Don’t Say Gay” bill – which aims to protect children from exposure to harmful gender ideologies and activism – the company’s long history of employing individuals arrested for a variety of child sex crimes has come under scrutiny.
Initially, Disney executives stayed silent on the legislation – which bans teachers from pushing alternative gender identities and LGBTQ activism on Kindergarteners through third-grade students – before being pressured by its left-wing workers to oppose the bill.

Organization theory says that if there’s a problem at the top of any organization that problem will be reflected all the way to the janitor. I’ve seen this in operation. If the top guy is an alcoholic, for example, he hires alcoholics, and they hire alcoholics and on down the line until you are either a drinker or you’ve moved on to a different company because you no longer “fit” in. I’ve seen this problem with sexual predation, drug use, incompetence and, even, cigar smoking. (That was back when it was allowed to smoke in the office. Suddenly everyone was smoking a cigar.
