She was using a 20 year old flip-phone Seriously?
I had a Nokia 3585 from 2002 to 2019, loved it and hated to give it up.
Still works.
Sort of, no carrier will give service.
My husband has used his 20-year-old LG flip phone until last year. Then when we changed providers he had to get a new one. Although the new one flips, it’s still Android based, and a PITA.
I’m considering going back to a non-smart flip or old BlackBerry and am trying to rely as much as possible on Garmin for navigation to see if it’s dependable. The main reason I have an Android is for navigation, otherwise I only need talk and text and minimal data.
