That’s a little more specific than my understanding. I’m just working with empirical observation. Exercise helped to the point where I dropped the meds. I added beets and I noticed a little more improvement. I do know that if I skip working out for a couple days, the bp climbs a bit.

Do you drink coffee? Caffeine is a well known vasoconstrictor.
