Mine clog up, eyes burn. Had a BadCataract surgery, then Lasix, tear ducts are permanently sealed.

I use slighty hot wet wash cloth several tines a day and Dry Eye Drops, minor help with both. Restasis caused an infection with 1st drop.

Did they laser your tear ducts? If not, then you still have them, but they atrophied.

Instead of wet wash cloth, fill a cotton sock full of dried uncooked rice. Throw it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Less hassle.

I found eating fish oil works well in combating dry eyes. (Like Carlsons the most.)

Cold, dry days I’ll boil water on stove to raise the humidity.

Try Systane night gel 4xs/day. Retaine MGD formula is a good one too.
