Nice thought, but it’ll never happen. Liquor and tobacco products have been taxed since forever, and there is literally no chance that both the states and feds will fail to tax cannabis. The states where it is legal already do so. Get used to it - death and taxes are the only certainty out there. Well, that and traitorous Democrats and about half of Republicans being RINOs.

If there is any chance that the product in question is addictive (physically or psychologically) - they're going to tax the living sh*t out of it. Government loves nothing better than to hook into addicts wallets - neverending revenue stream, morality be d*mned.
