I find it amazing that, especially on this board no matter the subject, those who know so much don’t know much.
I think, what happens, is many folks confuse their information, obtained from all sources, as fact.
The sources are the internet, movies, TV, talking with friends etc. and many confuse fact with fiction with straight out bullshit.
The Godfather was a movie and while some of it depicted accurate events, it was a movie.
My grandmother hated the crime that her son her fallen into and didn't speak to him or about him for the last 40+ years of her life.
My mom, a great mother, but a demonRAT, had a soft spot for her brother, and was his link to the family.
So many old stories, that I can't tell the difference {today} between fact and fiction, {and don't even try}.
