From the video, school officials and sheriff’s office detectives learned the identities of both students. The sheriff’s office says it will consult with the Juvenile Division of the District Attorney’s Office if criminal charges are warranted. They should be cause you can be darned well sure that if it were actually a couple white girls who did it, criminal charges would be guaranteed to be pressed with the maximum sentence possible doled out.
