Russia is right up there with Ukraine for being the most corrupt country. I am referring, of course, to their governments, not the citizens.

Kind of hypocrisy for Americans to call Russia corrupt. They are miles less corrupt then we are.

That's a cop-out, the citizens are every bit as responsible for the corruption as the government. Their the ones allowing it, same as we are responsible for the corruption in this country.
