Watch: Hunter Computer Repairman Says No Way 450 GB of Additional Data Was Included on Hunter’s Laptop
Earlier this week it was reported that there are an additional 450 gigabytes of material on Hunter Biden’s laptop that have previously gone unreported. However, on Thursday the computer repairman who was given the abandoned laptop says this isn’t so.
There were several news reports this week suggesting there is more on the Hunter laptop than was previously discovered. However, this notion was refuted by the computer repairman who first looked at the laptop and who made a copy of it before handing it over to the FBI.
John Paul Mac Isaac claims that there 300 gigs of data on a 500 gig drive. There was no way that 450 gigs could be on the laptop because there was no more room.
Another expert explained it this way:
It is technically impossible to recover 450 GB of erased data from a 500 GB drive with only 200 GB free. When you delete a file from a computer, you are telling the OS to forget the location of that file on the drive, but the file is still there. It is possible to recover a deleted file as long as the OS hasn’t written new data over the file’s previous location.
If 450 GB of data was un-deleted from the drive, that would leave 250 GB of data recovered beyond the original 500 GB drive capacity.
The newly discovered 450 GB of data combined with the existing original 300 GB data would require the original copy of the drive to be at least 750 GB. The drive only had 500 GB.

Yeah, careful who you follow. The guy pops out of nowhere. As usual.
Although the F_I Cyber Guru denies he knows anything, the F_I had the same data that Maxey has, but has their collective fingers in their ears chanting na-na-na-na.....
This Maxey guy is playing this up a little too hard. I don’t care what he says and don’t trust him.

last night’s X22 report - Dave had some stuff on this -
looks like Maxey is a bad guy..
Data can be recovered from disks and solid state memory, even if it has been deleted and written over several times.
The DOD uses rewrite standards requiring up to 35 times of overwriting data, before it can be considered securely deleted and erased. This was a standard in effect about 20 years ago, so it's safe to assume that the forensic capability is even better today.
With the product Eraser, I believe 3 times overwriting (byte by byte) is the lowest setting. If 3 layers of data can be extrapolated from the storage device, then the max available would be 1500GB for a 500GB disk or solid state storage.
If the data has simply been deleted and overwritten with regular data, the the recoverability is much greater than 3 layers. The only really secure way to erase data is to melt the device down into liquid.
I don't know the Maxey fellow, but I'm willing to sit back and wait for the game to play out.
Some of what he is claiming to have recovered corresponds to the financial information that Rudy discovered on his trips to Europe regarding the laundering of our taxpayer multi-billions.
He has also said that the porn and pedo stuff is not the main evidence in the data. Democrats are not afraid of sex scandals, no matter how gruesome they might be.
