I have noticed that in doctor’s offices.
How the staff treats you is a complete reflection on the doctor.
If I don’t like the staff, then I will find another doctor.
I had not made that connection (duh!), but I agree. My elderly dad is seeing more docs these days & the friendliest, KINDEST staffs are in the offices of docs who act/treat him the same way.
i loved my dentist but could not stand her staff.... i did find another dentist.
The office was all very close so it’s not like i could tell her and not get a vigorous teeth cleaning later.
Like the double jab phlebotomist in NC.
