As I watch the Hunter Biden saga unfold, I’m reminded of a dog my family had when I was in grade school. It was a beautiful Irish Setter, and it loved to chase the UPS truck… until one day it caught it.

The New York Post published the Hunter Biden laptop story a few weeks before the presidential election, and most people never heard about it because the Masters of The Universe deplatformed anyone who dared to post it. Various Russian assets in the “Intelligence” Community loudly declared that it was “Russian disinformation.” Drive-by Media talking heads called it “stolen.” Every effort was taken to bury it. And, for a while, “Hunter Biden” disappeared from public view. And his father assumed residence in the White House.

A few reports that the DOJ was questioning Hunter’s compliance with tax laws slipped out, but those were lost in the noise. Now something has changed. Special Prosecutor Durham has indicted some of the RussiaGate conspirators, and bits of that have slipped out into the public consciousness. And while Bumbling Joe continues to be propped up by the MSM, his “gaffes” are getting worse and worse. He seems to have forgotten that you don’t say the quiet part out loud, and some of his pronouncements are putting our allies into uncomfortable places. Circle-back Psaki has been forced into some improbably verbal gymnastics.

As the midterm elections approach, President Asterisk’s approval numbers continue to sink into the muck. The State of the Union Address didn’t provide the usual ratings bump. The war in Ukraine ought to improve his standing, but no positive effect is in sight. His popularity remains below that of Donald Trump at the same stage, but Trump was the victim of incessant false media attacks

They falsely accused Trump of what they are actually doing and they lie about what they do even when they are caught with overwhelming evidence. They did catch the UPS truck.

But his analysis here is shortsighted. The Democrats understand EXACTLY what they are doing. They do not care what electoral consequences there are, despite the obvious risks.

Noel should be asking WHO is controlling the Democrats, and WHY the controllers are indifferent to the electoral consequences. Instead, Noel gets bogged down in the conventional political analysis of the charade, the kabuki show. That analysis gets us nowhere, because it is beside the point.

And ironically (and unwittingly IMO) that analysis serves to confirm and perpetrate the charade.

Does anyone really think the Dems are going to do nothing to stave off a major defeat in November? They are going to do something illegal, unethical, and immoral to remain in power. Perhaps stage an attack of White supremacists? Grant voting rights via EO to illegals? Arrest Trump and charge him with insurrection while simultaneously smearing the MAGA movement? Unleash a new wave of Covid?

The Dems/Establishment/Commies will never ever surrender power voluntarily.

You can't replace a law with just another law and say, OK, now those crooks can't be crooks anymore.. That's just foolish..!

What the democrat's (Crooks) did during the last election they did right to our faces, and we did NOTHING about it. So, we can damned well expect the same thing, TIMES TWO, in 2022... :(

I agree. whether it’s another virus, or something worse - they do not seem to care what the voters want.

The Dems have been cornered long ago by allowing Biden to continue to destroy the Country without equivocation. Biden is very demented and has no conscious understanding what he is doing and the Dems let it ride. Seems they are ignoring the consequences of Joe’s actions as there may not be a Nov. Midterm Election due to martial law or other events.

Exactly. And in many ways this type of analysis seem to be the standard response....as if it's scripted. The thought is "Democrats are dumb so vote for Democrats who seem to agree with us more (i.e. Hawaii babe forgot her name) or vote for Republicans. Columnists like this ARE part of the problem. There's no way they can't see what's happening. Heck Rush Limbaugh saw it and talked about it all the time. He called Obama from the get go and trumpeted it for years. Either way the REAL agenda and the real puppet master stay hidden from the public.
