Total Calorie Count per Day is Less than your burn rate based on your height and current weight, as you loose weight you constantly ratchet it down.
Keep going till you are about 20-25% body fat.
Make sure that you never deprive yourself more than 5% of your burn rate but you can have a fasting day two times per week where you eat nothing as long as they are spaced out, never two days in a row.
