They were attacked and they are trying their very best to survive

They were attacked because they attacked Eastern Ukraine for 8 years killing 20,000 civilians, with the loss of 10,000 soldiers. Would not allow them to speak Russian and suppressed them with the Uzav battalion neo nazi thugs. All the while being trained by NATO to kill Russians. Not very innocent.

Since I’m single, I cook sometimes but eat frozen food too. Single serving frozen has really gone up, and some of it is hard to find. And dining out has gone up, even in fast food.
