Morning, Judy!
Send your rain our way, please.
Hi Gran....
Would that I could, Gran.
I am so sick of the gray skies, cold winds and rain. After spending a few weeks in bed, it was getting very depressing. So on Monday we had Easter dinner at my daughter’s, and what greeted me to walk over in? Snow. Lots of it. It was coming down and blowing straight across, and stayed on the ground. Very annoying - I feel like I’m being pushed to the limit these days.
Between all of the news, and NOTHING every happening, it gets difficult to take. Hunter laptop, election fraud, criminals in control, and on and on. Trudeau is not letting up on his mandates - we couldn’t leave the country if we wanted to. It’s getting hard to remain optimistic.
California Assembly Health Committee Passes Bill That Would Legalize Infanticide
The measure has come under fire from pro-life groups who say would prevent criminal liability if an infant dies during the perinatal period “due to a pregnancy-related cause” — which would essentially legalize the killing of newborn babies. The National Center on Health Statistics defines the perinatal period as between 28 weeks of gestation and seven days after birth but that definition can extend up to the 28 days.
The bill would prohibit authorities from charging a mother for “actions or omissions” related to her pregnancy, “including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death.” Anyone who “aids or assists a pregnant person” also would be exempt from prosecution. Additionally, the bill would allow the woman to sue police and other authorities who arrest or charge her in such cases.
According to the California Family Council, the “perinatal death” language in the bill would exempt mothers who kill their newborn babies from prosecution.
So “prenatal” can be up to 28 days after birth.
I know how you feel Judy. Hang in there!
Ukraine Has Received Fighter Jets From Unnamed US Ally: Pentagon
For the first time since the Russian invasion began, the Pentagon on Tuesday issued cryptic confirmation that Ukraine has received fighter planes. In a press briefing spokesman John Kirby was careful to say it wasn’t the Untied States who sent them, however.
He also didn’t specify what types of aircraft were sent, only that Ukrainian forces “right now have available to them more fixed-wing fighter aircraft than they did two weeks ago.” Kirby described, “Without getting into what other nations are providing, they (Ukrainian forces) have received additional platforms and parts to be able to increase their fleet size.”
Gag me with a spoon!
Biden apparently believes he’s the only Democrat who can beat Trump in 2024. Judging from this turnout, compared to Trump filling entire stadiums, he’ll struggle. Although, magically, that didn’t seem to translate to a lack of votes last time. Perhaps that’s why he has confidence in his ability to win again, despite even the leftist media admitting he’s weak and lacks leadership.
During the appearance in front of his tens of supporters Biden again claimed that rampant inflation in the U.S. is because of Vladimir Putin, a notion that only a complete fool would believe at this point.
He also again lied and said that gas prices were volatile during his childhood (they were not).
Then he told the “crowd” that “I’m so tired of trickle-down economics. I never found that it trickled down on top of my head very much. I was listed … as the poorest man in Congress for 36 years. I didn’t think you should make money while you’re in office.”
I truly understand how you are feeling as I am right there with you.
I think we are at the point where politics and man have failed and there is only one person we can rely on, He who will not abandon us.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll, sponsored by Matt Palumbo’s THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN for Wednesday shows that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Biden’s job performance. Fifty-six percent (56%) disapprove.
Room for one more in the boat, Judy?
15 months (today) of Joe Biden is about all I can stand.
Something has to break soon.
Three more sleeps until the Ohio Trump Rally.
I miss hearing him say “Chy-na”.

Sounds like the West coast of Canada on the dark side of the mountains. I used to live on that side of Washington state for many years. Moved to Eastern side 15 years ago. My what a difference it makes to have sunshine.

❗️More than 500 000 of Ukrainians, 121 000 of which are children, were forcibly relocated to the territory of Russia from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Serhiy Kyslytsia, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, announced this:
▪️At least 20,000 Ukrainians are kept in filtration camps on the Mangush-Nikolske-Yalta line and about 5-7,000 in Bezymyanny, Donetsk region.
▪️Citizens of Ukraine are sent to the depressed regions of Russia, in particular to the northern regions and Sakhalin Island. At the same time, documents are issued, prohibiting Ukrainians from leaving the Russian regions for two years.
▪️Russian invaders continue to forcibly relocate Ukrainians from temporarily occupied territories to Russia, as Nazi Germany once did.

Western Citizens Should Pay More to Help Germany Get off Russian Gas, Says Former UK Army Chief
The citizens of Western nations should accept a lower standard of living in order to help Germany break its addiction to Russian gas, the former head of the British army has said.
Despite years of Germany failing to heed warnings from figures such as former President Donald Trump on its reliance on Russia for its energy needs while at the same time demanding protection from Putin by American military might, General Sir Nick Parker has called on the people of Western nations to help Germany by accepting a lower cost of living.
Germany is refusing to let up on their green agenda, including nuclear power.
