Still sick. I’m just not recovering from the flu and cold like I normally do. It’s been weeks. We’re supposed to have Easter dinner tomorrow, but I can’t see me making it at this point. Plus I have no appetite anyway. I have to throw together a peach cobbler in the morning.....that should be fun.

I have cooked professionally, but I can NOT make bread
to save my life!
But if you love Cajun food or Indian Curries, I’m you gal!
Although I can now make classic style wedding cakes, the type which are white with lots of swoops, and swirls, and drapes, and ROSES!!!!, my worst cooking disaster was when I first baked a cake from scratch. I read through the directions carefully. Alas, the direction for adding the flour followed a lot of verbage describing a baking procedure. I missed the flour.
The result has lived in infamy for the last 60 years.
