When businesses think they can force the government to agree with them, all is fair. Disney has declared itself the arbiter of what the government should do. They have been getting special treatment since 1967 from the State of Florida. Maybe a special assessment is in order.
Business can’t force the government, they can only persuade voters to change the government.
