The war can be won very simply by the women themselves.

At a swimming match for example, the women should let the man dive into the pool all by himself while the women just stand there watching while the man makes a fool of himself swimming all alone.

In a foot race, just stand there at the starting gun and let the man be the only one actually racing around the track.
