After extensive reading of scientific studies, I have discovered the cheapest, simplest, least controversial way to stay out of hospitals. That would be to get blood tested for Vitamin D levels, and ask your doctor (or one who knows how) to advise on how much Vitamin D3 to take to get to the OPTIMUM LEVEL. Kaiser Permanente lists 50 to 80 ng/mL (nanograms/milliliter) as the OPTIMUM range for blood Vitamin D levels. The link below is what I read to conclude that OPtIMUM Vitamin D levels is the key to avoiding hospitals. This foreign study uses nmols/L (nanomols/liter) as their measure of blood Vitamin D levels. Their figure of 75 nmols/L as the bottom of the optimum level must be divided by 2.5, giving the score of 30 ng/mL as optimum. Although significantly lower than Kaiser Permanente’s 50 to 80 optimum, even that lower level still seemed quite protective.
This study used the original Dr. Zelenko 3 part protocol plus Vitamin D3 and one group using high Vitamin C and the other group not using IV Vitamin C.

From reading your posts you seem to be a pretty smart woman not only that but appear to have a lot more common sense than your relation who claim to be “Medical Professionals” Aside all that I wouldn’t be surprised if they are socialists as well
