The article’s reference to the Health Resources and Services Administration does not show or prove that there is an exemption to liability protection for Comirnaty other than an assertion that “Like HRSA, The PFIZER REPRESENTATIVE Told Us that the liability protections pursuant to the public health emergency extend to both the vaccine under emergency use authorization and to the fully licensed Comirnaty.”
Likewise the existence of the totally useless Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which has done exactly jackshiite for the tiny handful of those seeking compensation, does not show or prove the exemption of liability protections for Comirnaty.

That you reference a “fact checker” article to obtain your information, bolster your position, and form and state your opinions certainly explains why they are almost always wrong.

You conveniently neglect to mention the Moderna and J&J clotshots. Do you maintain that they are FDA approved as well ?
