They get into positions of power throughout an organization, and then the silent majority have to stay quiet, or they get picked off one by one as soon as they open their mouths.
This is most blatant in the main line denominational churches. For more than 30 years churches such as the United Methodist church in the US have been infiltrated and administratively dominated by homosexuals. They have systematically removed men from the ministry who opposed their domination. Now they are at a breaking point.
