The problem with getting aid to Ukraine is almost certainly with getting it across the border and then to the correct recipient. There will be no direct shipments in NATO trucks or vehicles crewed by NATO personel. Therefore all shipments and delivery must be handled by Ukraine. And Ukraine is almost certainly not able to handle the required logistics.

I’m sure that’s a big factor.
I have to wonder also if the volunteer groups made up of ex- military (like the ones who rescued people in Afghanistan) are being snubbed. There was a statement by the Admin. made a few wks ago that those people could face consequences for going into Ukraine.

But so many are talking about the deliberate "slow walking" even though they understand the logistical issues. Something does seem to be fishy, IMHO.
