Beginning this season, all 32 clubs must employ a female or a member of an ethnic or racial minority to serve as an offensive assistant coach. The person will receive a one-year contract and work closely with the head coach and offensive staff to gain experience.

I don’t have a legitimate reason for why female coaches and TV commentators in the NFL bug me. I’m not one who approves of women being treated like second class citizens. I think there’s just an annoying, forced “affirmative action” feel to women being in the NFL.
Heck, I’m a woman. I don’t feel the way that one FReeper who posts prolific “I hate women” comments all over the place does. I laugh when I see those. 😂🤣

There’s already at least one team that has an woman assistant. (Just checked, and apparently there’s a dozen women coaches).
