I have a Leftist friend (yes, it’s possible) who behaves exactly like this. She believes I’m not allowed to offer an opinion on any subject in which I don’t have a PhD. Of course, with her PhD in Fine Arts, she’s permitted to comment on anything, and does...ad nauseam.

You refer to her as your friend, she refers to you as her bitch, and I agree with her {but that doesn't make her my friend}.
