You are correct. I was disappointed in Hawley. As an attorney, he should know better as the statements were hyperbolic, if not slanderous. I hope Hawley isn’t compromised in some way by McConnell as I do like him.
More likely Danforth. St John would certainly back the choice of the donor class, Hartzler, and would find Greitens unseemly. Danforth is Hawley’s Guardian Angel.
