What a great Cinderella story. We will see how far they can go? I wonder how many picked St. Peter’s to make the Elite 8 on their March Madness brackets????

I think that would be zero.

According to ESPN, only .003 (3 tenths of 1 percent) chose St. Peters to get to the Elite 8 and only .001 chose St. Peters to get to the final four. There are about 75 million brackets submitted to ESPN, so that means there are about 225,000 brackets that list St. Peters in the Elite 8 and 75,000 includes them in the Final Four. I submitted only one ballot and they were gone in the first round.

A link is below in which you can see the percent for every team picked in each round

ESPN who picked whom

I made an error in how many ballots were submitted. I was way off. It is only 17.4 million which means 52,200 chose St. Peters for the Elite 8 and 17,400 for the Final Four. 75 million seemed a bit high, but I assumed many people submitted more than one.
