I used to drink cranberry juice regularly, then I noticed how much sugar they need to add to make them palatable.
Maybe it’s better than cola, but only barely.
To the amount that’s really heart healthy—without paying too much—it looks like its best to buy cranberry powder.
The article never says what form of cranberry will provide these great benefits. I like dried cranberries once in a while, but if I eat them 3 or 4 days in a row, I begin having allergic reactions, the mucous membrane in my mouth becomes sore. I’ll probably read up on using the capsule form.
Dried crans are usually sugar coated anyway. So, that’s supposed to be a bad thing.
I’m sure the dollar flow for this “study” leads back to a cranberry grower group.
Eat 100g of cranberries everyday?
