Scraggly looking dude straight from the cast of Breaking Bad (zonked out of his mind) is caught with meth in the pocket of his swimming trunks.
Cop: “Where did you get the meth?”
Perp: “I just bought these clothes a couple of hours ago from a thrift store. I had no idea what was in the pockets.”
The perps remind me of the administration in a WH press conference....
