I get angry at drivers that pull that "rolling stop" nonsense. There are several four way stops in our residential area. I'll blast my horn when a driver doesn't bother to make a full stop. You'd be honking your horn all day long in Alaska. I never even knew you were supposed to come to a complete stop until I got a ticket on a Marine Corps base three years after I got my license.
