I don’t know what the final decision will be, but remember: Running from the cops by means of a high speed vehicle chase indicates that the person fleeing has a very serious intent to not be interrogated by the cops.

In reading of the final outcome in these events, I have noted that a large number of them are convicted felons, narcotics in the vehicle, vehicle stolen and the felon armed. Not either/or...all three are common.

I believe any cop that has been in uniform for very long knows the odds.

So I would not condemn the cop until we hear the full story.

“by means of a high vehicle chases”

The cop who shot was not chasing the vehicle. Both were traveling in opposite directions. The cops speed was around 30-40 mph max if you watched the vid.

The cop may have been searching for the vehicle to intercept, which he did as a traffic stop. There were no other persuing LE vehicles.
