Unmoderated neurobehavioral disorders are in a class with overlapping of disability and yet at the same time criminality. In NY the facility that handles them is the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Institute. In L.A. it’s Camarillo, in S.F. it’s Vacaville. “The criminally insane.” Crazy criminals. They have some time to start to moderate their behavior, but they need to study Executive Functioning and especially #1 Self-Checking. They get so many chances, then they cross a line. The line has been moving for so many decades, what is highly risky but just inside of acceptable has moved and moved, so going from an expanding yellow into the positively red is so much likelier.
