Certified private tests...SAT/ACT, specific math and science tests, computer languagr certifications... will be accepted and even sought after as substitute starting credentials.

When I was being hired fresh out of college, the manager asked we put down our SAT scores on our resumes. He hired those with the top scores. We had an excellent team. But HR would have freaked if they knew.
