We know of two new RN’s, one on the east coast and the other on the west coast.
Both are ICU qualified and work in ICU’s, and they prefer the mid to 8 am shift. They are refusing to get the booster shots. One is qualified to be the head RN in the Covid ICU and enjoys working that shift in the Covid ICU shift.
Many, if not most RN’s hate most mid to 8 am shifts.
So, their administrators are ignoring their mandatory booster B$ to keep two well trained RNs on hard to staff shifts.
