Watch some old western shows. See what the people did when Indians killed whites.
Now I know blacks kill blacks..and that is sad in its own right. However, since many are pursuing a separation within this society, any cross-over crime may need to be dealt with swift and coordinated. Hence, the western analogy above.
What else do you do? With this government, the philosophy is law is for the chumps. Not them. And I believe in equal opportunity not just a certain sect.
