For a quick snack, my wife and I will occasionally take a slice of some meat cold-cut, and roll it up inside a slice of swiss cheese.

We call it “dinner”. Swiss cheese makes a fine “bread”.

Occasionally I take a slice of cheddar cheese and wrap it around a small sweet gherkin. Yuummm....

Another variation on a theme is to take a slice of deli ham and wrap it around a small sweet gherkin. Also yuummm....
