These are all symptoms of a moderate cold. Notice how the really dangerous Covid symptom (shortness of breath which gets progressively worse) is not mentioned. That’s the symptom that tells you you’re in some trouble and need to get to a doctor quickly.
I've had (pretty mild) chest pain from a secondary infection following a bad cold, and prolonged chest congestion from secondary infections a number of times, but unless you have some other problem going on, chest pain is NOT a symptom of a "moderate cold". In any case, significant chest pain is a message to get to a doctor promptly, if you haven't already.
