unique proanthocyanidins I wonder if these are truely unique, or if they could be replaced by other proanthocyanidin rich foods like blueberries, strawberries, red wine, etc, without the implications to the kidneys.

As for fresh cranberries, seems they weigh just over gram/ each, so if you want it fresh, open wide for about 90 of those buggers a day. Yuck!
(I’m okay w/ dried cranberries but no where near that quantity).
