Anyone who uses soy, corn, sunflower, or cottonseed oil gets a lot of Omega-6 fat.
It’s hard to eat more Omega-3 fat, over Omega-6 fat.

The article I linked, upthread, lists deep fried foods as one of the Omega-3 culprits....as well as processed foods and baked goods.

So eat more salmon and sardines (wild-caught is better, but farmed is better than nothing)and supplement. The generic Omega-3s at Costco and Sams Club are very cheap compared to the benefits - and priceless if they give you extra years of healthy life.

Cotton seed oil is not healthy. It is not food. It is a cheap by-product of the textile industry.
I avoid it like the plague.
