Mein Kampf is well worth a read. Hitler was a very interesting and unpleasant screwball, which comes out in his own words. The only really unique thing in his ideological vision is the hatred of Jews. He got imprinted on that very early on, in his starving student days in Vienna.
Other than the Jew thing anyone or anything can be called Nazi, or call itself Nazi, with no particular meaning.

My point is that I don’t think the Azov are Anti-Jewish. If you think that that makes them not “Nazis” I tend to agree. I can see, however, how they might adopt the insignia and admire the military strength of the only force their grandparents had seen that sent the Russian Communists running.
I would expect that there are many there with personal family histories of atrocities committed by Stalin’s goons.
