Why can’t you just say that you didn’t read the sentence that says a DUI investigation is not taking place in the first article? And since it’s at the end of the article I’d say that takes precedence. We weren’t discussing any press conference today.
My understanding of “not investigating it” as a DUI is that she’s going to be charged with murder.
