You're only telling a half truth there. Conquest has many levels before you reach occupation. Occupation is not a requirement for conquest. You don't think I looked it up before I commented?

'Victory gained through combat; the subjugation of an enemy.' None of that requires occupation.

I could come to your house, kick your tail and walk out. I could sit at the bar and speak of my conquest over Kevmo and be telling a whole truth. You can argue with yourself from here.
