The man who drove is a medium or darker colored skin man.

The stupid guy who couldn’t estimate the car’s direction properly was strictly white.

Not only stupid, but uncoordinated. Was it the shoes not being tied, or perhaps the pants didn't have a belt. The guy looked like he committed suicide by diving in front of the car. Nuts.
