OK, stick with me here: Nothing to do with body heat, etc. They’re talking young kids. What they’re saying is where young boys are concerned and might think they’re trannies, want to be girls, they might want to disguise their guy package. By tucking their private parts back inside their own skin they can wear their favorite tutus or prom dresses without the telltale “bump.” Occasionally male mammals are born such that their male stuff hasn’t “dropped.” So It seems these geniuses think it’s OK to revert somewhere back up the developmental tree?
I guess a 3 shot covid jab might do the same job——sooner or later?
