If by “US Government” you mean Biden you couldn’t be not only wrong but on the wrong page. Bidumdum isn’t “trying “ anything. Trump’s move to raise tariffs on China did more to slow XI down than anything anybody else even thot of. And Bidum has even said he’d like to lower some of those tariffs. There’s no way that, or anything else this clusterflock bunch has done or is doing that deters XI from doing anything. But you are welcome to be specific about the “what.”
