lived in so cal for 10 years then moved to tx for 24.
was very disappointed with tex mex, but then they started doing real Mexican about 9 yrs ago, now i’m in ohio with no shrimp tacos.... :(

I’m in Illinois now and I make my own, but with a Cajun flair (I lived in Louisiana for 12 years, married a Louisiana girl who is a great cook, and then I was transferred up to Illinois).
